Slow down...and realize sometimes

This past summer on a beautiful day when I was on the train, I happened to sit across from 4 teenagers. There was one girl and 3 boys. They were just chatting and enjoying each others’ company. Then after a few minutes of silence the girl put her head on one of the boy’s shoulder. And the boy put his head on hers. Then the other two boys looked at each other in confusion and smiled/giggled. I couldn’t help but crack a smile, either. Its moments like these I like to remember. It reminds me to not get blind sighted and remember what‘s really special and meaningful to me in my life. Unfortunately for me this moment came too late for some things, but hopefully in time for others. =)
